At Novanity, we aim to process and ship all orders as quickly and smoothly as possible. Please read the information below for details on how shipping works.

 • Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).

• During busy periods, launches, or sales, processing times may be slightly longer.

• Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

Shipping Locations

• We currently ship within Australia.

 • International shipping may be added in the future.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.

Estimated delivery times:

• Standard Shipping: 2–7 business days

• Express Shipping: 1–3 business days

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to carrier delays or factors outside our control.

Tracking

All orders include tracking. Please allow up to 24 hours after dispatch for tracking updates to appear.

Delays & Lost Parcels

Novanity is not responsible for delays caused by:

 • Courier service disruptions

• Weather events

• Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses

Incorrect Address

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure shipping details are correct at checkout. Orders sent to incorrect addresses provided by the customer may incur reshipping fees.

Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

• Your order number

• Photos of the damage

We will assess the issue and arrange a replacement or solution where appropriate.
